Togai Atac is the Managing Member of Atom Law Group. Aside from his role as the chief executive of the firm, Togai works closely with both robust small US businesses and US subsidiaries of foreign businesses to maximize their business growth. Because Atom Law Group acts as general counsel to its clients over their lifespan, Togai’s practice consists of structuring business transactions as well as commercial litigation. This distinguishes Togai from most attorneys who practice in litigation or transactions.
