Togai Atac is the Managing Member of Atom Law Group. Aside from his role as the chief executive of the firm, Togai works closely with both robust small US businesses and US subsidiaries of foreign businesses to maximize their business growth. Because Atom Law Group acts as general counsel to its clients over their lifespan, Togai’s practice consists of structuring business transactions as well as commercial litigation. This distinguishes Togai from most attorneys who practice in litigation or transactions. In turn, the solutions Togai brings to the client are not dictated by a limited practice in just transactions or just litigation; rather, due to his extensive experience on both fronts, his solutions are based on the specific client’s needs in any specific circumstance. In his experience, a case that starts as contentious litigation between two adversaries may very well end in a transaction between two businesses with a common goal.

His portfolio of clients is industry-agnostic; they include manufacturers, medical/personal wellness companies, logistics and transportation companies, software developers, and chain retailers, among others. His clients can be found across many states and countries. Togai’s passion in his practice is solutions for business growth, not perpetuating disputes or merely drafting agreements. New clients quickly realize this and tend to adopt Togai as a long-term advisor for their business goals.
