Background
Joon directs all of the firm’s business operations and also spearheads the development of Atom Law Group’s strategic plan to best guide the firm’s growth without compromising individualized client service.
He is Atom Law Group’s utility man, as he has been known to assist attorneys in gaining an outsider’s perspective on their cases. He is laid-back and even-keeled – essential qualities for surviving a day with attorneys.
Previously, Joon worked as a manager at Accenture in the Systems Integration and Technology division. He has led teams in developing, implementing, and assessing improved processes for clients, including the U.S. Department of Education, United State Postal Service, Ricoh, Aetna, Cendant, EMC, and Best Buy.
Joon graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago. He speaks Korean and is a life-long athlete. He enjoys basketball and engages in MMA training (just in case the attorneys get out of line) and if he had more time, he would love to improve his struggling golf game.
