Ms. Atac works closely with clients on immigration matters. She has helped clients start and acquire business ventures as well as transfer necessary personnel across countries and invest into the United States. She also works with individuals and families through the intricacies of the immigration process. Often taking on the difficult cases spurned by others, she welcomes the challenge of working with clients to help achieve their goals.
Ms. Atac’s clients range in size from individuals to publicly traded companies. She works with clients to understand their short-term and long-term goals so that she can best advise them through the entire process. Ms. Atac has successfully attained employment/investment visas/status such as the E-2 treaty investor for both individual and corporate clients. She has also helped clients attain permanent residency or a “green card” and citizenship to the United States.
Ms. Atac earned her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and graduated in three years with honors from the University of Chicago with a bachelor degree in English language & literature. Ms. Atac speaks Korean.
