Joon Oh
Business Manager
Mr. Joon Oh directs all of the firm’s business operations and works to create and implement effective processes to best serve clients. He also spearheads the development of Atom Law Group’s strategic plan to best guide the firm’s continued growth without compromising individualized client service.
Mr. Oh has streamlined multiple functions from technology services to accounting to marketing and has been key in evaluating and engaging appropriate service providers for Atom Law Group. Working effectively on both a micro-detailed level and at a macro level with broad vision and long-term focus, Mr. Oh has been the indispensible organizational backbone supporting the firm’s legal services.
Previously, Mr. Oh worked as a manager at Accenture in the Systems Integration and Technology division. He has lead teams to develop, implement, and assess improved processes for clients including the U.S. Department of Education, United State Postal Service, Ricoh, Aetna, Cendant, EMC, and Best Buy.
Mr. Oh graduated with a bachelor degree in economics from the University of Chicago. He speaks Korean. In addition to his role as operations director, Mr. Oh is a serial entrepreneur who has founded two companies in the “green” sector. A life-long athlete, Mr. Oh enjoys basketball, golf, and engages in MMA training.
